Retreat to a coastal farm in Portugal for a week of slow living, movement, connection, and nature therapy. Cocoon Portugal is a 270 acre coastal farm and retreat located on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal, near the charming town of Milfontes. This retreat includes 2x daily movement practices (yoga & pilates), daily mindfulness practices, and farm to table meals and full access to the farm. We’ll also enjoy a daytrip to the charming town of Porto Covo and a picnic at a stunning beach. The Alentejo region of Portugal is known for it's untouched coastline and charming white-washed villages.

Food Philosophy:
The food is local, mainly plant-based, and farm-to table. From a sustainability standpoint, Cocoon does not serve red meat. The retreat center serves eggs from their own chickens, locals cheeses, and occasionally wild-caught Atlantic fish. Expect lots of fresh produce and nourishing meals.
Optional Excursions:
During your free time explore nearby beaches, enjoy a bike ride, horseback ride get a massage, book a surf lesson, and simply bliss out and read on a hammock.
Meet Your Guides:
Katie Mullen
Katie is a professional dancer turned fitness instructor, based in LA. After almost 5 years teaching both group and private clients, she created The Line by Katie Mullen, a holistically minded workout and movement practice that is both freeing and fun! Katie is also a teacher for OPEN, a mindfulness studio that offers breathwork, meditation, and movement—both online to a global community and in person in Venice, CA.
Katie offers a range of classes pilates based-toning, core work, sound and breathwork. Each workout integrates elements of breath, opposition and grounding to create a deeper connection to self, stability in the body and a balanced mindset.

Olivia Otten
Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Olivia Catalina was introduced to the practice of yoga at age 11. Olivia traveled to Kerala, India at age 21 and studied a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training for Ashtanga and Vinyasa. She also completed a Yin Yoga Teacher Training Certificate with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts, a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Certificate with TCTSY, Meditation Teacher Training with Tracee Stanley as well as a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Judith Lasater. She has hosted multiple yoga and meditation workshops and shared her practice in Cape Town, London, Seychelles and Los Angeles. Olivia has over 2000 hours of teaching under her belt. She is currently continuing her studies in Sri Vidya Yoga. She believes that mindfulness practices should be accessible to every body.
Christine Borchard
Christine is the founder of Wildly Well Retreats. Her background is in holistic nutrition, meditation, and pilates. She is passionate about cultivating supportive communities and empowering retreat guests to dream big and live to their fullest potential.
Wildly Well was built her love for travel, passion for wellness, & deep desire for community. Today, Wildly Well brings people together from all walks of life who value nature, movement, travel, creativity, and connection. Christine here to remind you to stay bold & embrace your inner wild. Daily brunch, lunch, and dinner (mainly vegetarian with eggs and occasional chicken & fish served). If we have an excursion there will be a packed lunch that day. Otherwise lunch will be on property

Guests can either fly into Lisbon Airport (2 hour drive from retreat center) or fly into Faro Airport (1 hour and 45 minute drive)
Uber is super easy to use. We also will provide an optional Shuttle to and from the retreat center for an additional $120 each direction with pickup and dropoff from Lisbon.
During your freetime you have lots of activities to choose from such as kayaking, surfing, massages, horseback riding, 1:1 Astrocartography session
