This retreat was exactly what I needed at this point in my life. It gave me the space to truly slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with myself—to listen to what my body was asking for and give myself permission to honor it. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, supported, and held by the incredible group of women who shared this experience with me. There was such a beautiful sense of community, especially around the dinner table, while still having the perfect balance of thoughtfully planned activities and personal time. The yoga, Pilates, and breathwork sessions were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I especially loved starting the mornings with Pilates outdoors, surrounded by the beauty and stillness of the setting. Every practice felt intentional and deeply nourishing. The location itself was the perfect embodiment of The Art of Slow Living—beautiful, peaceful, and conducive to stepping away from the pace of everyday life and simply being present. I left feeling more connected to my body, more grounded, and with a renewed sense of what it means to slow down and take care of myself. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who feels called to pause, reconnect, and create space for themselves.

This retreat was truly life-changing for me. From the moment I arrived, there was something incredibly special about the energy of this place. Christine has created such a beautiful, warm and nurturing space — one that makes you feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect and simply be. Everything felt magical: the wonderful group of people, the atmosphere, and the incredible teachers, Kathie and Olivia. The programme was exceptional and beautifully balanced, bringing together yoga, Pilates, breathwork and so much more. Every practice felt thoughtful, inspiring and deeply nourishing. And the food — absolutely sensational. Every meal felt like another little act of care. But what I will carry with me most is how this retreat made me feel. Somewhere along the way, I found my way back to my body, to my own strength and to a part of myself I had been missing for quite some time. I arrived needing something I couldn’t quite put into words, and I left feeling stronger, more connected and more like myself again. Thank you, Christine, Kathie, Olivia and everyone who made these days so special. It was a truly magical experience, and one I will carry with me for a long time. 🤍

I had the most amazing and magical experience with Wildly Well in Cocoon Portugal. 1 week since being there, and I want to go back! Transformative experience for growth, healing, connection and self-love. The management and facilitators were all so kind and inspiring. Program was very well structured allowing the perfect amount of activity and free time. The food was also amazing!! I will definitely plan on going on another Wildly Well retreat in the future and am grateful for such a beautiful week.

A yoga retreat that exceeded every expectation. Not only did I relax and reset, but I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and more inspired than I could have imagined. Christine is an actual angel and created an experience that was thoughtfully curated from start to finish. Every detail from the yoga classes to the the sense of community made this retreat feel truly special. If you're looking for a retreat that blends relaxation, personal growth, adventure, and genuine connection, I can't recommend this enough.

This was my first time travelling alone (and so anxiety was very present!).Christine created a feeling of safety and love from our first email so much so that when I landed in Costa Rica, I felt like family was waiting for me (especially her request of “text me when you land!”) .All anxiety disappeared as soon as we met. Once the retreat started, she created the most beautiful container between the women and allowed for the deepest of relationships to form. She honoured our connection to the group as well as our connection to ourselves by suggesting that the schedule is there if we want but anytime we want to opt out of something, that is always okay. Bodhi Tree in Costa Rica was a DREAM! The food was incredibly nourishing, the on site classes were a mix of challenging and rejuvenating, and the ability to recharge there for a few days was truly a gift. Christine is so authentic and loving and that energy filters down into each group member. I will never ever forget this experience and I am already thinking about where I can join her next! -JM
