    Enjoy EMF-free rooms, a gorgeous yoga shala, ice baths, sauna, and nourishing meals. The retreat center is immersed in nature yet has all the modern luxuries you'd need for a peaceful getaway.

    A stunning canyon trail and waterfall in Jasper National Park. (suitable for all hiking levels)

What’s not included

  • Airfare
    Edmonton International Airport is the closest airport to the retreat center.
  • Additional Excursions
    On our retreat we will spend two days in Jasper national park hiking, however, if you're up for more adventure you can book additional activities such as hiking, kayaking, river rafting, and massages
  • Traveler's Insurance
    Not required, however, we recommend purchasing cancel anytime trip insurance if you think theres a chance you may have to cancel your spot
  • Transport to Retreat
    We have a group shuttle scheduled for departure from Edmonton to Jasper National park at 12:30pm on Sept 25th. We will have a departure shuttle at 10am on Sept 29th.

Wildly Well Retreats is the ideal experience for guests to create space for movement, stillness and connection, regardless if you are facing a challenging time in life or completely aligned with your vision. This experience is available for women looking to dive within and with each other. The instructors selected for this retreat, Sasha Alex Morgan and Aubrey Daquinag, guided us through our physical and meditative capabilities every morning and every evening. The itinerary curated by Christine, the wonderful host and owner of Wildly Well Retreats, formulated a balanced and fun-filled flow of activities and recommendations. There was plenty of time to be alone, explore the city with new friends and participate in organized group experiences like a Balinese cooking class and/or the purification ceremony. The staff was extremely hospitable, attentive and helpful with all our needs. Breakfast and dinner were fresh, delicious, healthy and left us feeling nourished. Overall, I recommend this experience to all women as you get the opportunity to slow down, be intentional, create space to connect with yourself and others all while enjoying the natural beauty of Bali and the sustainable, calming property you get to call home for nearly a week. Thank you Christine, Sasha and Aubrey for your presence and dedication to making the week a soulful success. xx

I’m still glowing from the experience. Everything about it was thoughtfully curated — from the incredible food (seriously, every meal was a work of art) to the breathtaking natural surroundings that instantly made you feel grounded and at peace. What stood out the most, though, was the balance — the perfect mix of deep relaxation and engaging activities. Whether we were hiking, cold plunging, sharing stories around a fire, or simply soaking in the stillness, each moment felt intentional and restorative. The conversations were rich and inspiring, sparking insights I know will stay with me for a long time. The group dynamic was warm, open, and effortless. I walked in not knowing anyone and left feeling like I’d gained a new circle of friends. If you're looking for a retreat that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit — this is it. I already can't wait to join the next one!

Words can’t describe how beautiful of a week this was for me! The Wildly Well team was amazing - from booking to our experience onsite, they were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and curated such a wonderful week for a wide variety of interests. Christine was such a light on the trip and truly brightened all of our days with her journaling prompts and wonderful sound baths. Cocoon was a stunning and peaceful property that promoted relaxation and reflection. Just a short distance to some amazing beaches and charming Portuguese towns, it felt like an our own little oasis. I already miss the amazing farm fresh meals and peacocks and little frogs. I can’t wait to come back one day! The daily yoga practice was tailored for a variety of abilities - whether an expert or just starting out like me. I felt so comfortable trying new poses and improving my practice thanks to the guidance of our amazing instructors, Natalie and Meredith. In addition to the physical wellbeing, this week was such a spiritual and beautiful experience for my soul. From creating new friendships to embracing old ones, my cup was filled this week in ways I didn’t know I needed. Thank you so so much. I’ll absolutely be traveling with Wildly Well again and can’t wait to explore their other destinations!

Its hard to put into words just how wonderful and impactful this retreat was. Christine has done a beautiful job crafting an itinerary that allows for structured, deliberate rest but also free time for exploration in a beautiful part of Portugal. Our two yoga teachers were also phenomenal -- I am not a yogi per se but felt that all of the classes catered to various levels and were uniquely restorative. I am already noodling on the next retreat I want to do with Wildly Well, but time at Cocoon was so special and will be hard to top -- the property, the food, the setting, and the people were all stellar. Christine is doing exactly what she is meant to be doing in leading these retreats and it shows in her care, thoughtfulness, and wonderful energy. I love love loved this retreat so much and would recommend to anyone.

I had such a fantastic time on my Wildly Well retreat. It was the perfect balance of scheduled, but relaxed. The entire aura of the retreat supported total relaxation, openness, wonder and curiosity. The Wildly Well team and other travelers felt like friends immediately and made the trip all the more special. Loved every minute of my time on the retreat!!
