Sasha Alex Morgan:
Growing up, movement was a sanctuary and major creative outlet for Sasha. Throughout rigorous dance training at performing arts college in London, she found comfort in practices that were dedicated to how movement feels on the inside over how it looks on the outside. In the five years since graduation, her love of mindful movement has only grown and she has participated in various Yoga, Fitness, Barre and Pilates training. Sasha is dedicated to showing others they are worthy of their own love, nourishment and commitment every single day.

Claudia Germuga is a New York City based mindful movement teacher, certified breathwork and meditation facilitator and founder of the interdisciplinary fitness concept, Bodywise Studio. Through movement, breath and embodiment rituals Claudia empowers and educates those on the journey of reclaiming body trust, finding mental and physical flow, and feeling radically at home within themselves.
Claudia is the founder of Bodywise Studio, an embodiment methodology and mobile app designed to foster an intuitive relationship with exercise. The methodology encourages the user to blend both functional and contemplative modalities in order to craft a unique movement practice that benefits their individual needs.
