Meet Your Guides
ANNA DICKSON
Anna Dickson is a somatic practitioner and movement artist devoted to the art of embodied presence. Through movement, breathwork, and somatic exploration, she guides immersive experiences that awaken the body’s natural intelligence and reconnect people to their innate wisdom.
She believes the body is both an intricate system and an ancient messenger — offering truth and guidance through every movement, breath, and sensation. Rooted in curiosity, permission, and play, Anna’s approach invites a softening of the mind, an opening of the heart, and an honoring of the full range of our humanity.
MARINA MENDES
An expert in creating safe space, Marina serves as a compassionate guide to meeting all of life with loving presence. Based in Los Angeles, Marina supports adult women on 1:1 journeys toward deeper connection with themselves, others, and the world around them through an intuitive weaving of mindfulness and somatic practices, parts work, sound healing, and creative expression. Her healing containers are guided by the wisdom of nature, and held with the intention to honor the expansiveness of the human experience.
Marina is fully devoted to this sacred path following previous lives as a wilderness guide, teacher, and mentor. At the heart of all her offerings lies an invitation to love and dance with life.
Breathwork meditation is a powerful tool for resetting your body and mind. Working with the breath is a fast, effective way to bring healing and deeper awareness into your life. It resets the nervous system, oxygenates the blood and releases endorphins.
Sound Healing to Nurture the Nervous System:
You be be will guided through a sound journey intended to assist your nervous system in down regulating. Making space for you to feel embodied and whole all while landing in the heart space. As we harmonize to these healing frequencies within community our interconnection and intention will emit frequencies to assist the planet in the healing at this time.
We use intentional breathing to discipline the overactive mind and clear out negative energy, patterns and emotions. Students often experience greater mental clarity, deep relaxation and bliss
