Claudia is a New York-based mindful movement and breathwork practitioner and creator of the interdisciplinary fitness app, Bodywise Studio. Her background as a professional contemporary dancer and training in holistic nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yogic philosophy and integrative somatic therapy inform the athletic yet holistic nature of her coaching approach.
She is passionate about helping others transform restrictive fitness protocols into attuned movement practices that promote self-care, self-actualization, and sustainable transformation. Whether moving in-studio or online with Claudia you can expect a practice that blends rigor, mindfulness, and creativity to ultimately foster states of enhanced embodiment (feeling safe and present in the body) and self-empowerment.
EDEN SKY ORION
With a foundation in counseling psychology from Columbia University’s Spirituality Mind-Body Institute, Eden blends her expertise in spirituality, embodiment, and wellness to create empowering offerings that foster clarity, confidence, and inner calm.
Trained by Maria Leone in Los Angeles, she received her Pilates certification from Balanced Body in 2016. Eden sees Pilates as a deeply intelligent modality for longevity, physical fitness, and spiritual alignment, as the body is our most potent mirror for what’s going on within. Eden's approach to astrology integrates her deep knowledge across disciplines, seamlessly weaving the language of the stars with meditation, somatics, and positive and humanistic psychology. She now channels the breadth of her skills and experience into her signature class Heavenly Bodies.
Eden is a lifelong dancer and student of spirit, and has spent over a decade learning and teaching all things holistic wellbeing. She is currently based in New York City.
CHRISTINE BORCHARD
Christine is the founder of Wildly Well Retreats. Her background is in holistic nutrition, meditation, and pilates. She is passionate about cultivating supportive communities and empowering retreat guests to dream big and live to their fullest potential.

We will be staying in a charming 12th century restored farmhouse nestled inside an evergreen forest. There is an option for single occupancy, double occupancy, or triple occupancy rooms
Movement classes include a blend of Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and Restorative Yoga. No prior experience necessary

We will visit nearby natural rivers and enjoy a picnic on the shore
The closest airport to fly into is Florence (about 1 hr drive away). Guests can also consider siena airport (1.5 hour away) or Rome (about a 3 hour drive)
Guests are welcome to rent a car and park at the property, taxi to the venue, or take the train to Siena and taxi from the train station to the venue
